Join Winemaker Brian Darwazeh and the team at 1850 Wine Cellars for our first intimate Winemaker Dinner of the year in the Tasting Room. Chef Lisa Scott has created a unique seasonally inspired menu for the evening paired with Brian's favorite wines!

Cucumber & Lavender Gazpacho
paired with 2020 Chardonnay

Seared Scallop with Tomato Fennel Relish over Arugula
paired with 2020 Grenache

Pork Tenderloin with Green Garlic Rub, Rich Peppercorn Cream Sauce, and Sautéed Morel Mushrooms served over wild rice and tri-colored carrots
paired with 2020 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Ghirardelli Triple Dark Chocolate Torte with Fresh Raspberries and Vanilla Cream
paired with 2021 Late Harvest Tempranillo

$90 per person, wine club discounts of 20% to 30% apply ($63 to $72 per person). Ticket price does not include gratuity, a 15% gratuity will be added. Guests who purchase tickets online will be charged gratuity the night of the event. 48 hours cancellation notice is required for refunds.
