- 2 bottles 1850 Wine Cellars GSM
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 peaches
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 shots peach schnapps or brandy, optional
- 1 1 bottle dry sparkling wine
Clean and slice the fruit into bite sized chunks and put into a large pitcher.
Add remaining ingredients to the pitcher.
Let macerate several hours.
For serving, fill a glass 1/2 full with ice, and pour Sangria to the top of the ice, and add a spoonful of fruit.
Top with sparkling wine and serve!
